CAPak™ COMPLETE CA PACKAGE
Since the inception of controlled atmosphere (CA) storage, equipment has been built for the large-scale, multiple room fruit storage. Large, multi-room control systems coupled with CO2 scrubbers for carbon dioxide removal, nitrogen generators for oxygen removal, and vent blowers for regulating low-oxygen levels. The specialized machines for each process have always been and will continue to be perfect for large-scale storages, but they simply are not practical for one or two room CA storages.
With the Storage Control Systems, Inc. CAPak™, persons wishing to enter the world of CA storage now have an affordable option. The CAPak™ system is an all-in-one controlled atmosphere package. The built-in sample system is capable of sampling and controlling up to 6 CA rooms. With a single carbon bed to control carbon dioxide levels and an integrated air compressor and nitrogen separator to maintain oxygen levels, the CAPak™ is everything you need to accurately monitor and control your CA storage.
